We understand that from time to time you may need to make changes to your subscription details, and here we provide video and detailed guidance on the following:

  • How to update loyal-tea subscription

  • How to update your credit card and billing information

  • How to update your shipping address

How To Update Loyal-Tea Subscription

  1. Visit greenteahawaii.com & click on “Account” in the upper right corner
  2. Enter your email address & password, then click “Sign In”
  3. Once signed in, you will be able to view & edit your Loyal Tea subscription
    1. Click the “My Subscriptions” button under your account details
    2. Once the page is loaded, click the “Subscriptions” tab  (second from left) & choose which Active Subscription you’d like to edit 
    3. Scroll down & click “Edit Your Flavors”. A box will appear for you to enter your flavor choices. Remember to include the quantity of each flavor you wish to receive. There are:  
      1. 30 pixies per half box
      2. 60 pixies per full box
    4. Click “Update” to submit

How to Update Your Credit Card Information & Billing Address

  1. Visit greenteahawaii.com & click on “Account” in the upper right corner
  2. Enter your email address & password, then click “Sign In”
  3. Once signed in, you will be able to view & edit your account information
    1. Click the “My Subscriptions” button under your account details
    2. Once the page is loaded, click the “Billing Information” tab  (second from right) & choose “Add Card” or “Add Address”
    3. Once you have entered your information, click “Add Payment Method/Add Billing Address” to submit 


How to Update Your Shipping Address

  1. Visit greenteahawaii.com & click on “Account” in the upper right corner
  2. Enter your email address & password, then click “Sign In”
  3. Once signed in, you will be able to view & edit your account information
  4. Click the “My Subscriptions” button under your account details
    1. Once the page is loaded, click the “Shipping Address” tab  (third from right) & choose to “Add Shipping Address” or click the saved address you wish to update
    2. Once you have entered your information, click “Add/Update Shipping Address” to submit
